The Ultimate Belly Dance Fitness Workout is a 40-minute dynamic non-stop dance flow designed to give you a moderate toning and flexibility workout along with an enjoyable practice of classic bellydance moves and combinations at beginner-to-intermediate level.
The workout opens with a warmup, and continues through 7 sections, each one featuring a different set of moves, a new mood, and new rhythms.

The workout offers voice cues, but there is no breakdown of basic bellydance moves. If you are not familiar with bellydance vocabulary you will need sharp observation skills and a lot of focus to keep up.
