Elsa uses dance movement to improve your flexibility, enhance your natural grace of motion and deliver cardio benefits. The workout is accompanied by a tutorial section where Elsa breaks down dance steps to make it easier for you to follow. Many dance moves seem challenging only until you see how they evolve from the most basic steps.

The workout includes seven segments: warmup and cooldown, salsa, samba, belly dance, Bollywood and flamenco. Not much time to exercise?
